Old Business
Election of Officers
Positions are for two years, next election May 2013.
Results:  President – Bernie Conklin
            Vice President – Kaare Berg
            Secretary/Treasurer – Holly Conklin
            Sgt. at Arms – Brian Conley
            Trail Boss – Jack Zembo

ATV Class
1st class – Thurs, June 16, 6-9 pm and Sat. June 18, 9am – 1pm (change from 12pm)
2nd class – Thurs. June 23, 6-9 pm and Sat. June 25, 9am – 1pm (change from 12 pm)
To be held at the Oakland Town Hall
25 students per class, $10 per student

Grader Insurance/Club Liability Insurance
Liability insurance is current.  Name change with insurance to SWORDS ATV Club.  Bernie is still working on
coverage for the grader.

Spring Clean Up
Meet at Schallermeier Road, Sunday May 15th at 10 am.  Road is off of Hwy 35, near Bartley’s, Superior Paintball is
also on Schallermeier Road and there is a sign by the road.  The parking area is just over the railroad tracks.
Shamrock pizza provided after the clean up.

Summer Ride
July 22 & 23 – St. Croix Haven Campground, two night minimum – club pays for one night camping for members. 
Tubing  Friday (weather permitting) and ATV Ride on Saturday.

Website Update
New website is up and running.  In order to update the website we needed to change host providers.  Our new host
provider is BlueHost.com.  We are saving money due to cheaper rates.  New yearly rate is $83.40 with tax.  Old rate
was $120 a year.  We will receive a refund for the unused months with old host provider.  Anyone with pictures –
please email swordsatv@yahoo.com or contact Holly.

Membership Cards / Membership Renewal
We are currently in the process of getting membership cards to all members.  Club members receive a 6% discount at
Mac Sport and Marine. 


New Business

Membership Donation
Discussion regarding donating a free membership to the SWORDS ATV Club with purchase of a four wheeler at Mac
Sport and Marine.  Motion made by Brian Conley to donate a one year membership with purchase of four wheeler at
Mac Sport and Marine, 2nd by Kassie Conley – Approved by all.

Gift
Discussion regarding a gift to Jack Zembo to help offset medical expenses.  Motion made by Brian Conley to
purchase a $200 Visa gift card, 2nd by Neil Bates – Approved by all.
